All this alarmist nonsense is
counterproductive and unpatriotic.

Dick Cheney himself has the assurance from Dubai Ports World that when
they construct and operate the BioTerror Lab in southeast KY, it will
employ 3,200 unemployed Kentuckians without relatives. It will be
located equidistant from New Orleans and Boston so that in case either
of those labs have a mishap, the KY lab can continue to experiment with
the deadliest viruses and bacteria known to man. One of the
substances under development is called Payola, a distant relative of
Ebola. It is a bacterium that eats money and cannot be stopped.
Senator
McConnell says the DPW has a "No
Accident" policy, so everyone will be safe. "A man with a tablecloth
turban swore on the Holy Bible in my office that every precaution would
be
taken," said Mitch. "I know I can trust him because he
accidentally left behind a briefcase full of thousand dollar bills."
Haliburton is contracted to clean out the caves of Al Queda in eastern Kentucky prior to
construction.
Eastern
Kentucky agriculture
will benefit hugely because one crop
research project is aimed at ecoterrorism -- development of a 1,500
foot-tall
marijuana plant that can grow on flat mountain tops. "One of
those
will wipe out all our concerns about cheap marijuana from Colombia and Mexico, and it
should boost employment at the Louisville
Ladder Company," McConnell said. Coal operators of eastern KY
have
agreed to clear more mountain tops to support this patriotic effort.
Water from
Lake Cumberland will be diverted to the new BioTerror Lab,

and after use
and
treatment will be run through a coffee filter to make it "Good as
new", according to Cheney.
These plans will fit nicely with government plans to have Hamas repair
the Wolf Creek Dam. According to Ahmed Chalaby, they bring a lot
of knowledge of explosives, and they have a "No Accident" policy.
Secretary of State Rice said the dam repair project will keep Palestine
activists out of mischief for eight years so the peace process will
have time to take root. FEMA plans to buy beached houseboats when the
lake is drained and move them to Arkansas. Governor Fletcher
said, "Everyone will benefit, and we are working on a statute to
imprison the economic terrorists who object at Guantanamo."
