As listed in an up coming auction. 18th century iron wood burning French stove. Pictures and details not yet available. Who knows this might be an interesting piece. I will update later.

Is it a FRENCH stove, or a Canadian stove from the French colonial period?

This in Newfoundland... in fact at Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelons Islands. This relatively late because it is in metric measurments (post Revolution, the French one Wink ). And it is really unbelivable!
