On September 10, 1833 when Sarah was 24, she married Elias COPELAND, in Orange, IN. Born in 1809 in Garrard, KY. Elias died in Allen, KS about 1868; he was 59. Buried about 1868.

On December 10, 1837 when Samuel was 23, he married Mary Ann DENNIS, in Jessamine, KY. Born about 1817.
