Notes Harrison Co., Ky circuit court cases # 5166; John & William Wilson appear before the chance court-- they are the legal representatives and administrators of the estate of David Wilson and (blank) his deceased wife. They display his will in court. They maintain that they have disposed of the estate left in the hands of (blank) their mother since her death which is sufficient to pay all debts. At the death of David and his wife, they left 3 Negroes- Marie, a girl; Spencer and Charles- boys. It is impossible to divide these Negroes equally to each of the heirs- therefore they have to be sold. James, Jacob, Margaret and Betsy Wilson are to be made parties to this bill. It is shown that Samuel Wilson, their (John and Wm's ) brother and one of the legal representatives of the decedents aforesaid died and has left the following heirs; David, Nancy, Sally, Jane, Betsy, and Samuel.
